This is a new subject for me.   The plan is to put a PC in the front room that will allow me to:-
 

	Replace all remotes
	Pick up Voice/Fax messages
	Allow Web surfing on the TV
	Games playing on the TV
	Dial in setup of Video

To do this I'll use :-

	Win Fax Pro
	DeltaScan PC -> TV
	Home Cinema Equipment
	ADSL link to mistral via a 3com Firewall
	Infrared Transmitter
	AutoGlide with Infrared receiver
	Infrared Light switch
	Standard PC
